Monday - 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Appointments 9 a.m. - 12 noon and 2 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.)
Tuesday - 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Sterile surgery and other anesthetic, sedated procedures in the morning and appointments 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.)
Wednesday - Closed until 1:00 pm (Appointments 1:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m., boarding admission and release b/w 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 - 7:00 p.m.)
Thursday - 7:30 am - 6:00 p.m. (Dental cleanings and oral surgery only except emergency drop-offs)
Friday - 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Appointments 9 a.m. - 12 noon and 2 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.)
Every other Saturday - 7:30 a.m. - 12 noon (Appointments 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 p.m.) Starting April 15, 2017 and open 4/29, 5/13, 5/27, 6/10, 6/24, etc. Appointments will be limited to preventative care, technician appointments (nail trims, recheck labs, etc), monitoring of previously diagnosed chronic illnesses and minor emergencies due to time constraints. More comprehensive critical care cases and emergencies will be referred to the emergency care options below.
Boarding admission and release outside normal business hours are 7:30 am to 9 am on Wed and 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday if we know to expect you.
Note: We do not schedule boarding admission and release on the following holidays - New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Your cat will receive the same attention and care as any other day but we allow some flexibility in the employees' schedule on these days out of respect for their time with their families.

Appointments are preferred when possible. However, true emergency cases are always evaluated and handled immediately. If possible, call ahead if you feel your pet is experiencing an emergent situation and we will prepare for your arrival.
Drop-offs are also welcome especially for unexpected illness when appointment slots are full or owners' schedules do not permit them to wait with their pet. Note: A day board charge will be applied for cage use, cleaning and patient care when a patient must stay with us for sample collection, evaluation or minor procedures. Hospitalization charges apply when higher level monitoring and care is needed.

Payment is expected when the services are performed.
It is imperative that we care for your kitten/cat on a regular basis for preventive/wellness care before a crisis/emergent need develops.
